What if I can't make the weekly live sessions?

That's fine, we will record these sessions and post them on the dedicated private facebook page. Obviously, it is best if you can try to make it some of the time to access the community and the support, but you can also do this through our dedicated facebook page too.

How does the offering work?

Each Tuesday night, for 8 weeks from 6.30-8.30pm (AWST)beginning 12th August, we will have a 'live' zoom connect in, to share our weekly experiences, with the online course work.

Included in your payment of $111 is access to all of the online recordings, the course specific workbook, weekly practices, creative inspirations, invocations and rituals. You have 12 months access to all of this content!

How much does it cost?

It's $111 for the whole course!!!We have deliberately kept the pricing of this offering low and affordable, as its really important to Mandi J, to be non-excluding in pricing to keep this available to everyone that is interested. You can also make 2 x $55 payments over 2 months or choose afterpay at the checkout.

Who are the 'wisdom keepers'?

I have sought 'wisdom keepers' from many different genres hoping to encompass information to assist you to cross this initiation with greater ease and grace.

Do I have to be a certain age to do this course?

Peri-menopause can begin in women as young as 25-30, so no, you don't have to be a 'certain' age. Each woman is an individual. Some women are signing up that are not in this stage of their life but want to know more about it, either personally or professionally. And yet some others may be post-menopause, but want to understand and honour their passage menaingfully.

Why should I do the 'Menopause Initiation'?

It's an 8 week Journey in this most powerful threshold of a woman’s life

Designed to bring honour, respect and grace to the opus of all a woman’s experiences, her journey of self discovery as she enters the gateway of peri-menopause and menopause, into the wise woman archetype.

Having walked this journey myself, I can vouch that it is one that requires support, understanding and deep self love & compassion.

For those of us that had kids, generally it hits is as they are getting older, leaving the nest, all of a sudden we are granted time to catch our breath, to reflect, to deal with some of the trauma thqt we may have experienced as a child, teenager, mother

Time to think about everything that has gone down over the past 30, 40, 50 or 60 years.

I have ‘joked’ that it is when our ‘post-traumatic-stress disorder’ has time to catch up with us!

And yes, it certainly is a tulmultuous time for many(me included!)

Wrinkles are setting in, unshiftable fat is storing, hormones are over the place, sex is painful - if you even have the energy for it, (or your partners still around!), your bleeds either flooding, comes whenever it chooses, or has disappeared altogether, the brain has stepped out of the building, you’ve got hot sweats, can’t sleep properly, cry at the drop of the hat….and all of a sudden it’s as if you are invisible in the public sector…! Things that bought your happiness no longer fit, like the clothing in your wardrobe. All of a sudden you no longer are ‘ok’ with things that for so long you thought you were ok with.

Your in the middle of a sentence, and all of sudden you’ve forgotten what you were talking about, or forgotten someones name that you know really well!

Your partner, family and friends look at you as if you have adopted the face of an alien, they tip toe around you, or you sense them whispering about you, or ‘placate’ you.

You see younger women thriving, glowing with youth, oozing their sexuality, and stare back in the mirror wondering what happened to that woman within you.

To top it all off, your Chiron wounding has come out to play like the proverbial jack in the box and it just WILL NOT go back into where you’ve been keeping it all those years (& lives!)

Oh yes… it actually is a beautiful stage of life, if you can get the information and support you need!

And this is why I’ve bought this course together. Because this is a natural stage of a woman’s life, that I want to bring greater conversation, understanding and support to. I want us to be heard and seen within this, and for us to be able to speak out about this threshold that our whole lives have been a training for!

I want us to no longer shirk about in the corner of the rooms, but to shine wildly, wearing our experiences that are wrinkled upon our faces and bodies, sharing our wisdom with those younger, for whom to if they are blessed, this monumental transition will be bestowed upon.
